I’ve just been to the chocolate factory! I’m not afraid to admit that I purchased thirty kilos of chocolate from the factory, but I won’t actively promote it unless someone asks. I’m currently transporting the precious cargo home so that I can put it in my designated chocolate fridge. And yeah, I put chocolate in the fridge. What of it?
I’m really glad that I planned ahead before going to the chocolate factory. I knew that my car would need to be very cold to preserve the quality of the chocolate, so last week I got a car air conditioning regas in Hobart. I wanted to make sure that my car air conditioner would work when I needed it to, and it did! I’ve got the air conditioner cranked as low as it can possibly be, and all my chocolate is nice and cold. I don’t even care that I’m freezing. It is definitely worth it.
When I got my car aircon serviced, I also gave the mechanic the go-ahead to do other services and repairs. I realised once I arrived that I hadn’t actually gotten a car service since the last time I went to the chocolate factory, which was two years ago. I thought that I better do the right thing and get everything fixed up, for my safety, but mostly for the safety of the chocolate. The mechanic ended up giving my vehicle a high-quality wheel repair. In the Hobart CBD, the roads are extremely rough and so my wheels apparently took quite a hit over the last two years. The more you know.
I’m very much looking forward to getting home and re-stocking my fridge with thirty kilos of chocolate. Thirty kilos will last me another two or so years, so it’s nice to know that I’m set. Most people don’t realise that I always have chocolate on me. If they did, I’m afraid that they would eat into my never-ending chocolate supply and then it would be… ending. Shudder.
