I feel really bad hiding this secret life from my partner, Frankie, which is why I’m going to go on one final office designing streak, doing my best work yet, before giving it up. I told Frankie that I’ll be away on a business trip for the next week, giving me plenty of time to plan and execute my final masterpiece. It will be something that people in Victoria will talk about forever. I’ll be a thief in the night, invisible to all the security cameras. I’m going to use all my training from years of smashing glass and my knowledge of office design from Australia’s Next Top Office. That will help me perfectly design three offices just as well as any commercial office design business around Melbourne could.
It all starts tonight when I go to Melbourne’s best digital marketing agency and completely change their office tonight. I figure a marketing and advertising business will be able to get the word out about my redesign, and I won’t even have to pay for it. They’ll want to tell everybody for the publicity, which will also help me.
I have a great design planned, which I’m going to finish up once I have written this post. I’m just using this to take a break from the designing, which I’ve found can be really draining. I’ll have to finish it up quickly, though, as I want the whole afternoon to get this office makeover right. Normally I would just do it at night, but this is a big project, so I think it needs a whole day. Thankfully today is a public holiday, meaning that nobody is at that office.
If only I could be there when the employees realise that they have suddenly got an office with one of the best commercial fitouts Melbourne offices have to offer. They’re going to be so excited. Then they’ll go to their boss and thank him, but he’ll be really confused and ask what is going on.
That’s when they will realise that the Office Design Bandit has struck them, like Santa Claus on Christmas Eve! They’ll be so grateful for my awesome design skills, I’m sure of it.
