Um, mind blown. No, seriously you guys, I just found out that one of my most beloved and awesome childhood shows was actually a massive fake the whole time. You all know Power Ranger, the show about park rangers who have powerful quads from all the walking. It’s basically the face of kids’ TV in the 90s, of course you know! Anyway, I JUST found out that most of the action sequences are actually from a Japanese show, Super Mega Nature Soldiers Squadron Go! They just pulled it over to the West and shot a bunch of extra scenes with normal actors. This explains so much, like how the footage always went really grainy when the park rangers put on their helmets and got inside their giant robots to fight the evil eco-terrorists.
Yeah, so that’s a thing. I feel sort of like I need to get the word out, even though it’s already out, because we just finished day five of our Just Do It! Conference at work and I’m feeling ready to make the world my oyster. Yeah, we got in a real professional business speaker and everything, and they told us all about how we need to talk positively to ourselves and stuff. I took notes because my memory is terrible, but I think there was a part about crusading for what you truly believe in, and it being good for the soul. The general goal was to make positive change in the workplace, but I think I’m just gonna take all these lessons and run with them as a strong message that I should be letting the world know about Power Rangers. Because you see, they must be made to pay for deceiving us all this time.
Thinking about it, I’m absolutely sure that this is how I should use all of that advice. I feel betrayed, but I’m going to turn it into something good and destroy the childhood dreams of so many other people to make myself feel better. Wow, I’m feeling better already! Call in the motivational business speaker, I’m ready for a another round of motivation!
